An English Teacher is needed in an All:Girls Secondary School and Sixth Form in South East London.

This English Teacher position will be full time and permanent.

Teaching for this English Teacher post will be for KS3 to KS5 classes.

The ability and willingness to teach Drama lessons will be advantageous when being considered for this English Teacher role but is not essential.

The salary for this English Teacher position will be dependent on experience and qualifications, ranging between GBP40317 and GBP62496.

The School

An All:Girls Secondary School and Sixth Form for pupils aged 11 to 18 years old, located in the London Borough of Southwark.

It has over 100 years of history, has been rated Outstanding by Ofsted, as well as maintaining consistently high GCSE and A Level results.

Mental health and wellbeing of pupils form a core part of the schools ethos.

Facilities include a 3G Sports Pitch, Theatre, Sports Hall and Drama Studio.

Healthy living is promoted via certain harmful drink and food items not being allowed on site.

Due to its high intake of EAL (English as an Additional Language) pupils, the team provides extensive support to those who need assistance with transitioning in to British education.

Requirements

Youre encouraged if youre a recently qualified English Teacher or experienced English Teacher.
