We are working with a successful and growing creative agency specialising in the healthcare and MedTech sector is looking for a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to join its close-knit team.This is an exciting opportunity for a confident all round designer with strong artwork skills who is ready for a new challenge in a role of variety, responsibility and opportunities for development.
The RolePart of a team of 3, this role will be working across a wide range of creative projects, you'll take work from concept through to final delivery, producing high-quality print and digital assets while collaborating with account managers, content specialists and fellow creatives.
You'll also help mentor a junior designer, sharing knowledge and helping to raise the standard of creative work across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Design a range of assets across, social media, branding, exhibition graphics and print collateral
Deliver projects from brief through to final artwork
Maintain and develop client brand guidelines
Collaborate with creative, content and client services teams
Explore AI tools to improve creative workflows

About You
Strong experience in a midweight graphic design role
Excellent design and artwork skills with a keen eye for detail
Confident producing print-ready and digital assets
Good branding and brochure design experience
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
Great image retouching skills and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work
Passionate about developing AI skills
Desirable
Experience within agency or healthcare, MedTech beneficial
Motion graphics, animation or presentation design skills
