Role Responsibilities

Design and author expert-level presentation tasks using reference decks and brand assets.
Create gold-standard example decks with refined typography, grid, and visual system fidelity.
Define criteria for 'on-brand' and 'polished' presentation design.
Develop visual rubrics evaluating model outputs on craft and style consistency.
Identify and flag visual failure modes specific to AI design.
Communicate feedback and reasoning effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

Have strong relevant experience in agency, in-house corporate comms/brand, or as an independent deck/presentation designer.
Advanced skills in typography, layout, color usage, iconography, and grid systems.
Fluency in building and applying visual template systems across multiple slide types.
Demonstrated ability to infer and replicate visual styles from reference decks.
Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote; familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
