Role Description

Maison Close Mayfair is looking for a full-time barmaid to join our team.

⏰ 10pm – 3am

Maison Close Mayfair is seeking a full-time Bartender to join its energetic team in London. This on-site role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing cash transactions, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the venue. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing guests' experiences through outstanding service and engaging interactions.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
Experience in Bartending, including knowledge of mixed drinks, cocktails, and wine service
Proficiency in Cash Handling and maintaining accuracy in financial transactions
Understanding of the Beverage industry, including hygiene and health regulations
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Previous experience in a similar role or high-end hospitality environment is a plus
