Role Description This part-time Food Delivery Driver role is an on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Food Delivery Driver is responsible for safely collecting prepared orders from the restaurant, delivering them promptly to customers, and ensuring orders are accurate and handled with care. Day-to-day tasks include driving to delivery locations, navigating routes efficiently, checking order details, handling payments where required, and maintaining a friendly, professional attitude with customers. The role also involves supporting the restaurant team as needed, such as assisting with basic food service tasks, keeping delivery equipment in good condition, and following all food safety and hygiene guidelines. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours is expected to meet customer demand.Qualifications
Food Delivery and route navigation skills, including safe driving practices and timely order handling.
Experience or familiarity with Food Service and Food & Beverage environments, following hygiene and safety standards.
Strong Customer Service abilities, including clear communication and a professional, courteous approach with guests.
Basic Accounting or cash-handling skills for managing payments and receipts accurately when required.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, meeting local legal requirements for delivery driving.
Reliable transportation suitable for food delivery, or ability to use company-provided vehicles where applicable.
Ability to lift and carry food orders, navigate stairs, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
Prior experience in delivery, hospitality, or retail is an advantage but not required.
